Sam sat at one of the tables towards the back of the galley, several papers and books spread out in front of her, smells of breakfast wafted from the kitchen area, she tapped the side of her head with the pen as she stared at the grid in front of her, updating the menu was not really difficult, it was just trying to keep some things the same while changing things up a little bit. Breakfast had been easy, lunch, dinner and midrats were a bit more complicated. She wanted to make sure that people were fed and satisfied.

Finally shuffling a few things around, she was satisfied with what she had come up with and logged onto her laptop and entered the changes into the calendar and sent it to the Lieutenant Castillo for approval; she had wanted to get it done sooner rather than later so that they could resupply before heading back out.

With the email sent, Sam headed into the kitchen to help finish setting out the breakfast meal, as the crew started to come in before they started their shifts.
